Sorry For My Long Absence, But I'm Back!

Hey Primal bros (and lady-bros). It's been a while since I've posted, and I'm very sorry for that. Life gets crazy sometimes, but we often come out of those crazy times as stronger, better people. My absence has allows me to focus on my goals and what I want my life to be, and I'm thrilled to share the next chapter of my journey with you all!

Easy Primal Burgers

It's been a while since I've posted, and that's because I was enjoying the July 4th weekend! But I didn't forget about all of you, and here my Easy Primal Burgers I've enjoyed all weekend! When I was a larger man, Hellman's Mayo taught me that juicy burgers are created by adding mayonnaise to your mixture. Well, I've got a stock pile of avocado mayo, and that's the secret to the incredible burgers!

Primal Bacon Meatloaf

When I was growing up, one of my favorite things was my mom's meatloaf. Stuffed with cheese, and so delicious. I now realize how bad it was for me, but I still think I could demolish an entire pan by myself. Fortunately, I now found a way to eat meatloaf and not hate myself the next day!

Primal Stuffed Chicken
