Easy Primal Burgers

It's been a while since I've posted, and that's because I was enjoying the July 4th weekend! But I didn't forget about all of you, and here my Easy Primal Burgers I've enjoyed all weekend! When I was a larger man, Hellman's Mayo taught me that juicy burgers are created by adding mayonnaise to your mixture. Well, I've got a stock pile of avocado mayo, and that's the secret to the incredible burgers!

You can season these however you want, or follow my crazy simple seasoning I use whenever I'm making easy meatballs or burgers. I served mine with bacon, grilled pineapple, and sweet potato fries!


Easy Primal Burgers

INGREDIENTS

  • 2-2.5 Pounds Lean Ground Beef
  • 1/2 Cup Avocado Mayo
  • 2 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper
  • OPTIONAL: Different spices/seasonings to your preference

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix ALL ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

3. Form the burger mixture into 6-10 patties (depending on preference)

4. Leave burgers in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before cooking

6. Remove burgers from refrigerator and cook until internal temperature

7. Serve!
