An easy, delicious meal perfect for anyone following a low-carb or keto diet. Tender, juicy chicken thighs covered in BBQ sauce with cheddar cheese melted all over the top of it. I'm sorry, I forgot where I was going with this... I'm hungry now.

1. Preheat oven to 425°F
2. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper to your liking
3. Place chicken thighs on a foil lined baking sheet
4. Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F
5. Cover chicken thighs with equal amounts of BBQ sauce
6. Top each chicken thigh with equal amounts of cheddar cheese
7. Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes to melt cheese
8. Serve!
