Easy Almond Flour Waffles (Primal, Paleo, Grain-Free)

I LOVE waffles! They're easily the best breakfast food in existence. 

I could never figure out how to make a waffle I could eat and still maintain my healthy lifestyle. That all changes today. While these waffles may lack the crisp and crunch of typical waffles, they more than make up for it in taste! Dense, delicious waffles with an awesome cinnamon flavor. I owe myself a pat on the back, and you owe yourself a waffle! Or two... or three... 



  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla


1. Preheat waffle iron
2. Mix almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a mixing bowl
3. Mix eggs, honey, and vanilla in a separate mixing bowl
4. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients
5. Pour batter into waffle iron and cook until golden brown
6. Serve with your favorite waffle toppings!
