Low Carb Meatballs (keto, grain-free, gluten-free)


No breadcrumbs here! Juicy, delicious meatballs made to fit a low-carb or keto lifestyle. These will be a huge hit with your family, friends, even your kids! Make them in bulk for a quick and easy meals during the week, or just devour them all at once like me...


  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup almond meal/flour
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 egg
  • Oil, butter, or bacon grease for pan frying


1. Mix ALL ingredients together being careful not to over work the mixture
2. Form mixture into 8-12 meatballs
3. Heat a skillet over MEDIUM heat and fry meatballs until cooked through
4. If desired, meatballs can be finished or completely cooked in the oven at 350°F (internal temperature should read 160°F)
5. Serve with your favorite marinara sauce and more cheese!
