Pepperoni Pizza Bites (low-carb, keto)

If you think these are too big to be called bites, you've clearly never met me...

Whether it takes one, two, or ten bites, you will fall in love with this recipe. Yummy pepperoni paired with the all the sauce, spice, and cheese flavors that make pizza so damn good. Give these a try and you may never eat another pizza crust (keto or otherwise) again!


  • 1 1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella
  • 6 Large Slices Pepperoni (or 24 Small Slices)
  • 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 Cup Marinara Sauce (I used Rao's Homemade Roasted Garlic)


1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Grease or parhcment line a baking sheet - OR grease a whoopie pie pan if you have one as it makes this a little easier!
3. Form 12 small circles of mozzarella cheese on your baking sheet or in the openings of your whoopie pie pan
4. Bake for 3 minutes
5. If using large pepperoni slices, cut into four pieces
6. In each of your cheese "crusts" place 2 pepperoni pieces (half a large slice or two small slices)
7. Evenly distribute marinara sauce into each of your pizza bites
8. Fold in half to create bites
9. Bake for an additional 3 minutes
10. Place on paper towels to absorb some of the grease when done cooking
11. Serve!
