Cauliflower Pizza Crust


Hands down the easiest and tastiest keto pizza crust I've ever eaten. This is more or less a direct copy of the Low Carb Cauliflower Pizza Crust - Gluten Free recipe over at Low Carb Yum. However, mine has been tweaked to my personal preferences, and I think you're going to appreciate what I've done here.


  • 1 cup riced/crumbled cauliflower
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • seasonings to taste


1. Cook cauliflower via preferred method until tender - set aside to cool
2. Preheat oven to 450°
3. Line a baking sheet or pizza pan with pachment paper
4. Mix ALL ingredients in a mixing bowl
5. Form pizza crust on pachment paper and top with seasoning(s) if desired
6. Bake for 10-12 minutes
7. Flip crust over and bake for an additional 3-6 minutes
8. Add sauce, toppings, and cheese - in that order
9. Broil on HIGH until cheese melts
10. Slice pizza immediately and serve!
