Taco Pizza (low-carb, keto)

When you can't decide between tacos and pizza, this is what happens. This incredible, delicious, simple recipe is one of my proudest creations. I may never have to make my tacos vs pizza decision again!

Ingredients

  • 1 double recipe of my Cauliflower Pizza Crust
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 batch of my Taco Seasoning or your preferred taco seasoning
  • 1 cup of cheese for topping (I used Mexican 4 Cheese Blend)
  • Optional: other toppings like guacamole, salsa, sour cream, etc.

Instructions

1. Prepare double recipe of my Cauliflower Pizza Crust
2. Cook ground beef and season with taco seasoning
3. Top pizza crust with taco meat
4. Spread cheese over taco meat
5. Broil on HIGH until cheese melts
7. Add your favorite taco toppings and serve!
