Don't let the name fool you - this easy breakfast recipe is one of my favorite dinners! Sorry low-carb/keto friends, this one's not for you!

Now you can have whatever opinions you want about nutrition. That's cool. But I'm all about individualized nutrition, and my fitness routine paired with my Brazilian jiu-jitsu means I give my body the good ol' energy source - carbs! Sweet potatoes that is. Keeping this recipe totally Primal & Paleo.

I post a lot of Keto recipes, but I am the PRIMAL Bro, so...


  • 8 slices bacon
  • 3 cups diced sweet potatoes (about #? medium sweet potatoes)
  • 4-6 eggs


1. Preheat oven to 400°F
2. Cut bacon slices into three pieces each
3. Line a baking sheet with foil
4. Lay the bacon pieces out on the foil lined pan
5. Top bacon with diced sweet potatoes
6. Bake for 10 minutes
7. Stir contents on pan - be sure to coat sweet potatoes in bacon grease
8. Bake for another 25-30 minutes until sweet potatoes are tender and bacon is crisp
9. Crack eggs onto the pan
10. Bake until eggs set (about 6-7 minutes)
