I was going to have the #alternasweets spicy ketchup, but I didn't realize I grabbed the wrong bottle until it was already on the plate. It was very much a happy accident!! 🤤 - Did anybody get my reference to The Office? I had a little dessert last night! 🤤🍦 - I took some @rebelcreamery chocolate ice cream and drizzled melted chocolate peanut butter @ketobrick on top. "I have seen a bunch of episodes of My 600 Pound Life, and they have never carved someone out of a house surrounded by banana peels..." - @ihviiimattvincent 🙌 - I'm proud to be a part of this keto and carnivore community. These ways of eating have been complete game changers for me! 💯 - However, I can't get down with the demonization of fruits and vegetables. As someone who used to weigh 333 pounds, I can promise you bananas and broccoli were not the problem... 🤦🏼‍♂️ - I don't care if you're doing paleo, keto, carnivore, iifym, vegan, whatever... the processed bullsh*t food paired with inactive, sedentary lifestyles are contributing way more to Americans being fat and unhealthy than fruit ever will. 🤷🏼‍♂️ - Obviously I understand there are exceptions. Diabetics probably don't want very many bananas, and people with autoimmune diseases may want to avoid broccoli. I get it. 🙄 - But I'm talking about MOST people. People who struggle with their weight and have no idea what breakfast looks like without cereal and muffins. I think that's the majority of people. 🤔 - I was able to lose 120+ pounds eating a paleo diet full of sweet potatoes, honey, apples, and bananas. Keto is not THE answer, it's just AN answer. I gained weight on carnivore!? 🤯 - #ThrowbackThursday to this progress pic from October 2018. I began eating this way at the end of December 2017. Initially, I dropped from 186 to 178. Since then, I've gotten as high as 196, and I tend to sit around 189 most of them time. 🤷🏼‍♂️ - In these two pictures, I weigh about the same amount. The biggest benefit I've experienced from following carnivore this long has been in my body composition. I see it everywhere, especially in my face. The longer I eat this way, the leaner I get! 💪 - I've experienced a number of benefits from this diet this way which is why I've continued to (mostly) eat this way for so long!
